A query entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. The provider processes the terms and supplies its results. We do not keep a server-side log of the names or places entered in that field.

When you email us, the message may be retained so a response can be prepared. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Links may lead to Johnson County offices, Tennessee agencies, courts, legal resources, registries, or private search services. The destination's privacy policy controls after a visitor leaves this site.
Advertising companies may use their systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. That processing does not occur in our records.
